Our virtual trivia event is going to be on fire! Get ready to flex your disaster preparedness knowledge and have some fun while you’re at it! Join us on May 6, 2023, on Wildfire Community Preparedness Day for the highly anticipated “Trivia Inferno: A Wildfire Preparedness Game Show”. Not only will you have the chance to show off your smarts, but you’ll also learn crucial information about reducing the risk of wildfires and what to do in case of an emergency.
This event is unlike any other, as it will be hosted LIVE by actual firefighting and wildfire management experts, who will be on hand to answer your questions and share their expertise. It’s the perfect opportunity to not only have a good time but to also keep yourself and your loved ones safe in the event of a disaster.
Oh, and did we mention there will be highly-desired prizes up for grabs for our trivia champions? Yes, that’s right! You have the chance to take a ride in the Goodyear Blimp, any runner-ups can still receive retail gift cards, admission tickets, and other great prizes. So, grab your friends and family, and let’s show everyone what you’ve got!
To participate, all you’ll need is a mobile device for each player, and one computer, along with relentless passion and eagerness to learn. So, mark your calendars and join us for a live, interactive, and truly unique experience!
Make sure to RSVP using the form on this page. 24 hours before the event, we’ll send out detailed instructions, with a link to join our Zoom session. You will need a device to serve as a Zoom screen, such as a PC, and a mobile device to interact with and answer the questions. You will not be able to participate with only a mobile device, as the trivia questions will be displayed in the Zoom session. However, if you are on a computer, you may be able to use a single device for both, but it would not be ideal.
Yes, there will be prizes such as major retail gift cards and other sponsor-donated items awarded to the top performers during the trivia game.

The event will be hosted in partnership with LAIT911 and firefighters, park rangers, and other experts in wildfire management and safety. They will be sharing their knowledge and insights on how to reduce the risk of wildfires and what to do in case of an emergency.
There is absolutely no cost to the public to participate in the event! We aim to bring a fun and affordable experience to all.
